At Diaspora Drip Drop, every piece is created on demand. We partner with Printful, a global print-on-demand fulfilment provider, to print and ship each order once it’s placed.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

• Production time: 2–7 business days

• Orders are shipped immediately after production

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Times (After Production)

Estimated delivery times may vary by destination:

• United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days

• USA & Canada: 3–6 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Product size and weight

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• Diaspora Drip Drop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos and your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
