All Diaspora Drip Drop products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of defects or fulfilment errors.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
